PTFS Awarded Defense Technical Information Center Data Warehousing Contract
North Bethesda, MD, February 4, 2014 – PTFS was recently awarded a multiple year contract from the Defense Technical Information Center (DTIC). Under the contract, PTFS will provide data warehouse support by housing 30,000 cubic feet of documents; storing, managing, and disseminating digital objects with ArchivalWare Digital Library System (DLS); and processing on demand document requests by scanning and uploading objects to the DLS and DTIC Online. The multi-million dollar DTIC Defense Systems Scientific and Technical Warehouse (STI) Warehouse contract has one base year and four option years.
