Availability in AWS Marketplace makes it easier for customers to implement Knowvation in the AWS cloud.
Key features of Knowvation include:
- The Knowvation CSP federated search and index-in-place technology provides a unified view of all your data wherever it is stored, and eliminates challenges of various systems and organizational silos.
- Our content services platform provides document intelligence, content management, and geospatial intelligence for structured and unstructured data. Powerful discovery capability includes concept, pattern (fuzzy search), and Boolean search.
- Knowvation provides automated data ingestion using “hot folders”, OCR and AI technologies.
- Using a web-based administrative GUI for configuration, Knowvation can index data in place for existing file shares, repositories, and other systems such as SharePoint, G-Suite, and Laserfiche, to subsequently build a federated index with full protection of the integrity and authenticity of the data.
- The Knowvation CSP is easy to Integrate with RESTful Web Services and API’s.
- Other CSP tools include PII/PHI identification and redaction as well as auto-geotagging to allow geospatial discovery for non-geospatial data.

PTFS’s Cloud-based intelligent search, continuous federated indexing (DoD Data Mesh), digital object management, and geotagging platform, Knowvation CSP ™, combines a robust content management capability with technology allowing organizations to find and use their data regardless of its source repository and location.
